This is a music video I made for a university project. I’m not very experienced at all in making videos so I’m amazed so many people pulled together to help make it! The song is Earthman by Poets & Pornstars, and I chose to work with it because its message is very striking and translates to film very well. The project is about not apologizing for being human, and the fundamental human qualities that link together even the most outwardly different of people.
I had almost decided not to put this anywhere that people would actually see it, like tumblr or youtube (it had to go on Vimeo in order to show the cast members), but after showing some people who were involved, I might be ready to consider the possibility that I have editor’s goggles, and can no longer judge if this is any good or not. I know that I am definitely happy with parts of it, and that’s not bad for a first proper video.
